FREE MEEK! MEEK IS FREE! FREE MEEK! MEEK IS FREE!! Hip Hop is behind Meek again. Personally, I’m behind Meek again. I find myself supporting him the way I did between 2010 to 2013. I’ll be honest, for some reason I did lose interest in him at a point in time and I was definitely #TeamDrake when he and Drizzy had their EPIC feud! Meek has been through A LOT since. A man victim to an unfair judicial system has overcome its injustice and has returned with a new EP prepping us for his next album! Meek Mill’s new EP  titled, ‘Legends of the Summer’  includes “Stay Woke,” the recent single he debuted with Miguel at the BET Awards. Also this 4 track EP includes appearances from Swizz Beats, Jeremiah, PnB Rock and Jahlil Beats!

Below is the track listing and stream for ‘Legends Of The Summer’:

Tracklist and Song Ratings

1. MILLIDELPHIA (5/5)

2. DANGEROUS (5/5)

3. 1AM (5/5)

4. STAY WOKE (5/5)

‘Legends of the Summer’ is short four tracks long so this will be quick! Meek Mill didn’t miss on a single track on here and I think he made the right move by giving us a small sample to fixate on till the album. Every song on here is different. It shows Meek’s versatility that we knew he had but you know sometimes it’s nice to be reminded!  Also we get a new side to Meek. He has made the transition from street rapper to activist. Seems like a contradiction but Meek has both roles on lock. Meek seems to more explosive with his bars than ever. That may be stretch but we’ll know for sure when this new album is released. I enjoyed every song on here but the two standouts are ‘Stay Woke’ and Dangerous.  Dangerous is a song that you will hear ALL SUMMER LONG AT ANY FUNCTIONS YOU ATTEND. Day Party’s, Pregames and  Clubs will be playing this track! Jermiah and PnB Rock were amazing contributors to this track. Can we get an extended version or remix with Ty Dolla Sign on it Meek??? Please and Thank You! Anyways, Meek did is thing here and I am very excited to hear a lot more from him in the future!
