Lebanon Donn- Party Pack (EP Review)

Around this time last year, Lebanon Donn released his first project titled ‘Journey To Forever’.  His 12 track debut was something special! With stand out tracks such as “Sunday Morning,” “Off The Muscle,” “Dundee,” “Waves” and “Old News,” Lebanon created a classic as he showcased his versatility as an artist.

“Party Pack” is a three track EP running just under 10 minutes. It’s really a quick listen so I’ll be brief.  The EP kicks off with the TONE-SETTER of the EP in “Bullshit.” I’ve always thought Lebanon Donn had a great ear for production. This comes into play here as he skates on this high energy track letting everyone know he’s back on his BS and its all business here on out! The next track “Break The Bank Freestyle,” was personally my favorite song on this EP. One thing that allows Lebanon Donn to standout is his sound and delivery. The fact that this was  an actual freestyle is just nuts. The EP closes out with “Dope” featuring Say Solos a long time friend and collaborator who also is extremely talented. (Check him out) All three tracks cared the same energy but all presented different sounds and showed the many different flows Lebanon Donn can tap into. This past Sunday Lebanon announced a new project on the way and shared a snippet via Instagram.

Party Pack is the perfect sampler to hold us over for Lebanon’s next album. I have a feeling that there will be no Sophomore Slump for the Donn and this next project will be his best one. If you were not familiar with Lebanon Donn before this review, do yourself a favor and get familiar! His music is available on ALL streaming platforms.

#SongOfTheDay 8/3/2018 : LEBANON DONN – LEFT RIGHT (Prod. By NNANNA)

Happy Friday Good People!! There was a plethora of music that released today/late last night. There were highly anticipated album releases from the likes of Travis Scott, Mac Miller and YG to singles by one of the games Best Kept Secrets, Mr. Lebanon Donn.

Today’s #SongOfTheDay is Lebanon Donn’s well deserved new single, “Left Right.” “Left Right” was produced by Nnanna who is an up and coming producer who displays all the quality sounds to show that he is a real force to be reckoned with. This isn’t the first time these two have worked together. On Lebanon Donn’s debut album “Journey To Forever,” Nnanna produced the “Intro” and, one of my favorite tracks off the album, “Off The Muscle.”

Both these talents are special and share an uncanny chemistry as artist and producer.  So its only right  for these two to continue collaborating. On “Left Right,”  Lebanon shows off how versatile he is as he gets saucy all over this electrifying Nnanna produced beat with a series of melodic bars. I knew my guy was talented but then he also displayed the melodic flow and I lost it. You feel the chemistry between these two per every beat and bar as they coexist to create magic and give us all the good vibes that we seek through music.

This electrifying track can be streamed on all platforms! I am definitely getting ahead of myself here but if there is a video for this song, MAN IT WILL BE SPECIAL! Speaking of special, I’ve talked to both Lebanon Donn and Nnanna and they told me that they have some serious unreleased heat on the way and that we can expect to see a joint album soon…. 👀

This electrifying track can be streamed on all platforms! I’ve attached the link below for streaming on top of the link to stream Lebanon Donn’s debut album “Journey To Forever.” ENJOY!!

SONG OF THE DAY 7/4/2018: Lebanon Donn – Old News (Ft. Jang)

Today’s #SongOfTheDay is brought to us courtesy of the very talented Lebanon Donn. “Old News” is off of Lebanon Donn’s 2018 project ‘Journey to Forever’. I actually I have an album review for this project to be released in the coming weeks. Anyways! “Old News” showcases the melodic side of Lebanon Donn which I am a HUGE fan of. “Old News” features another talented up and coming act Jang who’s contributions were perfect for this track. I loved his verse and his additional vocals! Both artists sound good and I’m expecting more collabs in the future.
